The Mee Celup is great. The milo ais will be average. It is a place to move purely for the meals and not the placing, ambience etc.

Service has been extremely slow, they kept myself waiting for nearly one hour, cost is unreasonable based on the food part. Overall an extremely bad encounter for me.
